🧡 Warm-Up (2 Minutes)

1. March in place – 30 sec 🚶‍♀️

2. Arm circles – 30 sec forward + 30 sec backward 🌀

3. Jumping jacks – 30 sec 🕺


🔥 Fat-Burning Circuit (10 Minutes)

Do each move for 40 seconds, rest 20 seconds, then repeat the full circuit twice 🔁

1. 🏃‍♀️ High Knees

Run in place, knees up! Boosts your heart rate fast! 💓

2. 🧘‍♀️ Squat + Pulse

Lower down into a squat and do a mini pulse — burn those thighs and glutes! 🍑🔥

1. Hamstring stretch – 30 sec each leg 🦵

2. Child’s pose – 1 min 🧘‍♀️

3. Neck & shoulder rolls – 1 min 💆‍♀️
